Meeting Summary; and <br />o. Meeting Summary (Published). <br />Hyland will install and configure the OnBase Agenda Online web application on the <br />Customer's external IIS Web Server. Hyland will also work with the Customer's Agenda <br />Manager and any technical personnel at the Customer site to address site security and adjust <br />the site colors using the standard configuration features of OnBase Agenda. <br />Training <br />During execution of Project 2, Hyland will provide the training described below: <br />Hyland will provide one (1) solution administration guide and one (1) day of training to the <br />Software administrator to identify solution specific tasks required to maintain the solution in <br />an optimal manner. <br />Hyland will use a train the trainer methodology and provide three (3) classes at ninety (90) <br />minutes each for User Training. The training will be conducted either remotely using an <br />agreed upon remote access tool or at the Customers location. Any on location training will <br />be subject to travel expenses as defined in the MSLSSA. This will cover the following <br />modules: <br />a. OnBase Agenda; And <br />b. OnBase Workflow User. <br />Customer may request additional hours for such service under a future agreement. <br />These designated trainers will then provide training to end users and answer questions about <br />the solution. This level of training can then be focused on solution specific training using <br />OnBase in their day to day business processes. <br />Testing and Support <br />Hyland will implement and perform unit testing for the solution to test software functionality. <br />Upon completion of Hyland's unit testing, Hyland will support Customer for up to twenty- <br />four (24) hours over two (2) contiguous weeks to complete business process testing. <br />REV: 01-09-1815 <br />Page 35 of 51 <br />ATTY/AGR.2018.001/Hyland Onbase ACMS <br />
