Contract #: BSA -EU -14546-15060771 <br />EXHIBIT A: PAYMENT SCHEDULE <br />Milestone: Execution of the Agreement <br />- $26,842.33 will be invoiced by Hyland to Customer for Software License Fees as defined <br />in the purchase table and in Section 2 of the General Terms Schedule "Payment Terms". <br />- $19,789.44 will be invoiced by Hyland to Customer for Initial Annual Maintenance Fees <br />as defined in the purchase table and in Section 4 of the Maintenance Schedule. <br />- $2,720.40 will be invoiced by Hyland to Customer for Training as defined in the purchase <br />table. <br />Milestone: Successful installation of the application software on the Customers servers. <br />- $19,677.53 of the total fixed price of the Services Proposal will be invoiced by Hyland to <br />Customer as defined in the Payment Section of the Services Proposal. <br />Milestone: Joint verification by Hyland and Customer that acceptance testing of the <br />solution is complete and a go live date has been set. <br />- $19,677.53 of the total fixed price of the Services Proposal will be invoiced by Hyland to <br />Customer as defined in the Payment Section of the Services Proposal. <br />Milestone: Joint verification by Hyland and Customer that that the all documented <br />deliverables have been meet and accepted for a period of 30 days after go live. <br />- $9,838.76 of the total fixed price of the Services Proposal will be invoiced by Hyland to <br />Customer as defined in the Payment Section of the Services Proposal. <br />Milestone: Expiration of Initial Maintenance Period (June 1, 2019) <br />- Customer will be invoiced by Hyland for renewal of Maintenance pro -rated through <br />December 31, 2019 as defined in Section 4 of the Maintenance Schedule. The Customer is <br />under no obligation to renew maintenance. <br />Milestone: Expiration of Second Maintenance Period (December 31, 2019) <br />- Customer will be invoiced by Hyland for renewal of Maintenance for a calendar year <br />through December 31, 2020 as defined in Section 4 of the Maintenance Schedule.
