EXHIBIT "B" <br />PAYMENT <br />PROFESSIONAL FEES <br />The professional fee will be $12,900 per recruitment, for a total of $25,800 for the Scope <br />of Work articulated above. <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES (NOTTOEXCEED) <br />Reimbursable expenses are not to exceed $9,000.
