EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant shall assess a Cannabis Regulatory Permitting Fees. The results of this <br />study will provide the City with clear documentation of direct and indirect costs <br />associated with Cannabis Permitting Processes. <br />The following tasks outline Consultant's scope of work to complete the Cannabis <br />Regulatory Permitting Fees study. The typical timeframe for a study of this nature is 12 <br />weeks. All timelines can be adjusted based upon the City's schedule and other <br />commitments in agreement with City staff. <br />1. Determine and Review Initial Documentation <br />2. Project Initiation — establish the City's goals and objectives for the study, and <br />identify trends and plans which impact cost recovery analysis and policy. <br />3. Develop a Schedule of Current and Potential Fees for Service <br />4. Conduct Time and Activity Data Gathering Workshops <br />5. Perform a Total Cost Analysis <br />6. Review/Revise the Cannabis Regulatory Permitting Fee Study Results with <br />Departments and City Management <br />7.
