Pleasant, South Carolina for their responsive <br />and responsible low base bid of $1,448,732 and authorize the City Manager to increase the <br />contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded, and find that the project is <br />exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under <br />CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Existing Facilities). <br />Motion-carrriedd 6-0-1 y electric vote with Mayor Seybert abstained. <br />lexr 0 <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
