Dehalococcoides (DHC), a microorganism known to facilitate the degradation of <br />HVOCs, to further establish baseline levels of DHC in groundwater at the site. <br />Task 1.4 — Quarterly monitoring reports <br />• Consultant will complete quarterly monitoring reports and upload the report to the <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board's Geotracker database. Consultant will <br />also send an electronic copy of the report to the City. <br />Task 2 — Remedial Desion Activities <br />Task 2.1 — Task management/regulatory communications <br />• Consultant will provide ongoing communication with Regional Water Quality <br />Control Board (RWQCB) staff, the City, and the site property owners as needed <br />to support the planned remedial activities. Tasks may include project meetings <br />and other necessary communications. <br />Task 2.2 — Pilot test scheduling and coordination <br />• Consultant will coordinate with the City, City's contractors, and site owners and <br />make arrangements for the pilot test in advance of the work. <br />• Consultant will review and provide comments on required pre -construction <br />submittals by City's contractors for conformance with scope -of -work. <br />Task 2.3 — Oversight of new monitoring well installation <br />• Consultant will oversee the installation of a new planned groundwater monitoring <br />well in the vicinity of the up -gradient PRB emplacement area. Consultant will <br />observe soil samplings and cuttings from the well boring, and prepare a boring <br />log and well construction detail to include in the subsequent groundwater <br />monitoring report. <br />Task 2.4 — Pilot test field oversight/data evaluation and report <br />• Consultant will conduct a pre -construction site meeting in advance of site work to <br />review work areas, safety measures, and the planned progression of pilot phase <br />tasks. <br />• Consultant will oversee field work for conformance with the scope -of -work and <br />intent of the remedial action plan. <br />• Consultant will review and incorporate any reports from the pilot remedial design <br />activities into the remedial design implementation plan. <br />Task 2.5 — Remedial design implementation plan <br />• Consultant will complete a Remedial Design Implementation Plan (RDIP) for <br />submittal to the RWQCB. <br />• Consultant will include the following in the RDIP: <br />o A detailed description of remediation construction activities that will be <br />conducted; <br />o Permits that are required prior to construction and other pre -construction <br />activities; <br />Proposed construction staging and sequencing; <br />REV: 12-18-17 MI Page 10 of 12 <br />ATTY/AGR.2017.296/GES - groundwater monitoring and remediation <br />
