EXHIBIT A <br />1. Scope of Work/ Tasks <br />Contractor shall perform the following services: <br />Bradford Station, Pump #2 <br />(i) Contractor will repair the Johnston Model 20 PO propeller pump and 60 <br />horsepower motor using the parts listed below: <br />• (1) 416 stainless steel bowl shaft <br />• (1) 416 stainless steel line shaft <br />• (1) 416 stainless steel head shaft <br />• (1) 416 stainless steel motor shaft <br />• (1) bronze suction bowl bearing <br />• (2) bronze bowl bearings <br />• (1) top discharge bearing <br />• (3) bronze line shaft tube bearings <br />• (1) top tension tube bearing <br />• (1) lower oil tube <br />• (1) center oil tube <br />• (1) upper oil tube <br />• (1) set of motor bearings <br />• (1) 24" dresser coupling <br />• (1) gasket set <br />• Miscellaneous hardware. <br />(ii) Contractor will also perform the following: <br />• Balance motor rotor <br />• Straighten and balance propeller <br />• Clean, dip, and bake 60 HJP stator <br />• Sandblast and epoxy coat column pipe <br />• Repair motor <br />• On-site installation <br />(iii) All equipment and materials needed to perform the above work will be provided <br />by the Contractor. <br />2. Pavment Terms <br />Contractor shall provide the services outlined herein for a flat fee of $39,739.75.
