wherein Owner, in consideration of the approval of said map by the City, shall <br /> agree to construct and complete in the time specified in the Agreement, all <br /> improvements required of Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code <br /> of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of the City, and <br /> such other improvements designated or mentioned in the Agreement. <br /> <br /> b) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner <br /> shall furnish to City and file with the City Clerk a bond or certificate of deposit <br /> described in Section 66499, et seq., of the Government Code, securing the <br /> faithful performance of all work and construction of all improvements designated <br /> or mentioned in the Agreement, within the time therein specified, in the amount <br /> of Four Hundred Twenty-five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($425,000.00); and <br /> Owner shall also furnish to City and file with the City Clerk, a bond or certificate <br /> of deposit described in Government Code section 66499, et seq., securing the <br /> payment by Owner of all bills for labor and materials incurred in the construction <br /> of all improvements, and the doing of all other work therein agreed to be done by <br /> Owner, in the amount of Four Hundred Twenty-five Thousand and No/100 <br /> Dollars ($425,000.00). Owner shall have prepared complete "as built" plans for <br /> said improvements prior to the release of said bond or certificate of deposit. <br /> <br /> c) Before the release of said bond or certificate of deposit by City, <br /> <br /> Owner shall 'undertake to guarantee for one (1) year the workmanship and <br /> materials of all work construction of all improvements designated or mentioned <br /> in the Agreement.
