6. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS - None This agenda category is limited to 15 minutes to be allocated as determined by the Mayor. If you wish to address the Council, please complete a speaker's card (next to agendas) and give it to Council Volunteer Art Balsamo (seated to the left o£the Council Members.) If your subject is not on the agenda, the Mayor will recognize you at this time; but the Brown Act (Open meeting Law) does not allow action by Council at this time. If you wish to speak to a subject listed on the agenda, you will be recognized by the Mayor at the appropriate time your item o£ interest is being considered by Council. 7. CONSENT CALENDAR - None Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion and one vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or Citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. 8. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST - None 9.
