Fees/Terms for Executive Coaching for Onboardina New Executives <br />Phase I Assessment and Feedback $3,800 <br />Phase II Coaching $8,000 <br />A coaching/on-boarding program is most effective for 6 -month engagements with <br />an option to extend on a month-to-month basis. A combination of face-to-face <br />coaching and telephone coaching would occur every two weeks. This will include <br />1:1 sessions as well as shadowing the executive in meetings, as appropriate, etc. <br />Follow up coaching will occur over the telephone in between face-to-face <br />coaching. <br />Total $11,800 <br />Terms: Invoicing for Executive coaching will occur as follows: <br />a.) $3,800 to be billed at the signing of the agreement and payable within <br />30 days <br />b.) $8,000 billed in divided monthly payments of $2,000 per month for 4 <br />months <br />REV: 01-25-18 RL <br />Page 12 of 12 <br />
