A discussion of problems of the Yacht Harbor started again. Mr. Poole ar:ain made his motion tht3.t "The commission recom-rnend.s '....J to the council that the council setþ aside $5,000 to be put into a sin.king fQYld for the Yacht Harbor Improvement yearl~!." Mrs. Robb made the second. Mr. Baume again wished to ffirend the motion to reed, "Recornmend that $5, 000 be set up in the budget for future deve lcpment of the Yacht Harbor providing that the City Attorney will see to it thàt the Money stays in the Yacht Harbor Impròvement Fund." ~Ilrs. Robb gave the second for the BJnendment. The motion a~nd ~l11endJ!1.ent were defeated by a vote of 3-2. Further dIscussion followed on the Yacht Harbor and again NTr. " There was no second to the amenmaent so it wa~ automatically dropped from the vote. The motion was voted ,on and it carried by a vote of 3-~.
