'. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />Chairman William Hanley appointed two committees from the <br />Park and Recreation Commission to work wi th the 'Park Supermn- <br />tendent and the Recreation Director in the preparation of their <br />lO~2-~3 fiscal year budgets. Commissioners Bogie (Chairman), <br />Gold, and Baume were to work on the Recreation Budget while <br />C~1ssioners Case (Chai~an), Spina!, and Stout were to work <br />on the Park Budget. <br /> <br />Recreation Director Alfred Morton brought up again the <br />problem of maintaining and scheduling of facilitie! which <br />will take place on or about the 15th of March. Mr. Morton. <br />pointed out that at least 75% of present facilities under the <br />Park and .Recreation Departments are used for recreation <br />and that if they wer built for recreation purposed then they <br />should be utilized a! much a! possible for recreation and not <br />be locked up to look at.
