City Manager Rolison and request inf'ormation regarding park site <br />Massachusetts and Maddux D~ive. We requested a survey and never <br />received one. <br />2. City Manager Rolison and request inf'ormation regarding the <br />grading plan on Westwood No.1. What adtion if' any, is being <br />taken? <br />3. Planninß Commission and request inf'ormation regarding the two <br />,'proposed Dark sites on the tentative map of' Sterling Highlands <br />No.5. What action was taken af'ter the Commission voted not to <br />accept etther location? <br /> <br />MINIATURE RAILROAD: <br />Mr. A.C.Layton had not prepared the promised letter, however, <br />Director Morton inf'ormed the Commission he would report at the next meet in <br />regarding the contract, etc. This was placed on the agenda. <br /> <br />HE^TING THE POOL: <br />Recreation Director Morton reported progress on the Committee f'or <br />"He a ting the Po 01". Thi s was plFtce d on the agenda. <br /> <br />NEW BUSI-NESS:, <br />Chairman Hanle~r brought up the matter of'placing <br />Equipment on the Community Park area. There was nluch <br />that phase as well as a general discussion regarding <br />entire area. PlaCHrl on the agenda. <br /> <br />Tot Playground <br />discussion regardjng <br />develoryment or the <br /> <br />Commissioner Stout ~ead part of' the Planned Progress Report written by <br />Willia.m Mott regardlng a Master Plan ror developing the Community Park. <br />It wa s Stout 1 s f'eeling tha't we should keep thi s plan in mind vvhen <br />developing the grounds. There was much discussion regarding the Mott Plan <br />as well as the f'uture plans or the area. Placed on agenda. <br /> <br />Commissioner Gold brought up a point of' having a Joint Meeting with <br />other Park & Recreation Commissions in the area to rormulete and advance <br />idea.s f'rom other areas to possibly be of' use to Redwood City or possibly <br />help other cities with our experience.
