Call to Order <br />The regular meeting of the Complete Streets Advisory Committee (CSAC) was called to <br />order at 6:02 pm by Chair Self. <br />2. Roll Call and Introductions <br />3. Approval of Draft Minutes <br />M/S Galisatus/Jacoubowsky to approve the minutes of the September 12, 2017 meeting. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />4. Public Comment for Items Not on the Agenda <br />None. <br />5. Action Items <br />A. Elect Chair and Vice Chair <br />Matthew Self nominated and reelected unanimously; Jason Galisatus nominated and <br />elected unanimously. <br />B. Neighborhood Street Enhancement Program – Implementation Plan <br />(Member Galisatus recused due to a conflict of interest through his employer.) <br />Kimberly Overton introduced Ruta Jariwala from TJKM & Associates. Ms. Jariwala <br />outlined the discussion with the neighborhood, how concerns were addressed and <br />outlined the pilot program to test making Scott a one-way street. <br /> <br />Public comment: Thomas Hopkins, resident on Flynn, voiced concern about adding <br />traffic on Flynn and the need to keep parking on both sides of Flynn. Committee <br />discussed the pilot, neighbors’ concerns, how to measure success and the need to <br />survey residents on both Scott and Flynn and to include them in the process. <br />9.A - Page 26
