ATTY/RESO.0009/CC RESO APPROVING A LOAN FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING FUND MID PEN ATHERTON COURT <br />REV: 02-06-18 JS <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />take any other actions necessary for consummation of the transaction; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are true and correct and are incorporated <br />herein by reference. <br />2. The Loan is hereby approved. <br />3. The Loan Documents are hereby approved, subject to any minor, <br />clarifying, and conforming changes approved by the City Attorney. <br />4. The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute and attest thereto, respectively, the Funding Agreement, the <br />Subordination Agreement and the Intercreditor Agreement, all subject to any <br />minor, clarifying, and conforming changes approved by the City Attorney. <br />5. The City Manager or designee is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute such other documents approved by the City Attorney, and to take any <br />other actions on behalf of the City of Redwood City which are deemed necessary <br />and appropriate to implement the funding contemplated by the Loan Documents. <br /> <br />* * * <br />6.3.A. - Page 14
