TWO TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT FOR <br />PARKING CITATION PROCESSING AND ADJUDICATION SERVICES <br />[Turbo Data Systems, Inc.] <br /> <br />, This AmE:¡ndment No. Two is entered into and effective as of the ~ay of <br />(1 LI LJ I /)£" , 2005, extending the Agreement dated July 1 1999 (the <br />~nd between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Turbo Data Systems, Inc., a California <br />Corporation ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />A. On July 15, 2002, the Parties executed Amendment No. One to the <br />Agreement to extend the Agreement term for an additional three (3) years from June <br />30, 2002 to June 30, 2005; and <br /> <br />B. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of an additional one <br />(1) year. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby <br />extended for a period of one (1) year from July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006. <br /> <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br />time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />3.
