Owner may <br />record the Certificate of Compliance in the Official Records of the County of 8an Mateo. <br />17. Certificate of Satisfaction. <br /> <br />After completion of the Project (as evidenced by the issuance of a Certificate of <br />Occupancy), City, upon written request by Owner, shall execute in recordable form and <br />deliver to Owner a Certificate of Satisfaction, certifying that Owner has satisfied ail of <br />Owner's obligations under this Agreement to the date of the certification. Owner may <br />record the Certificate of Satisfaction in the Official Records of the County of San Mateo. <br />18. Amendments. <br /> <br />This Agreement may be amended by mutual consent of all parties, confirmed by <br />ordinance of City's City Council, at a public hearing for which notice has been given in <br />accordance with Government Code Section 65867. <br /> <br />19.
