Appointment of a Vice-Chair is deferred to the next meeting. <br /> 2. Appointment of a new, full-time ARC committee member by the City Council will <br /> take place in December. <br /> <br /> CONSENT: <br /> <br /> 1. 333 Twin Dolphin Drive <br /> (DES Architects and engineers for ER/Dolphin, Inc.): <br /> APPROVED WITH CONDI'I~ON$: <br /> 1) Adhere to conditions detailed by Redwood Shores Business Center Association. <br /> 2) Obtain a Use Permit (which may be reviewed administratively) for the outside <br /> equiPment location. <br /> 3) The Use Permit will be reviewed by the Zoning Administrator and shall cOnsider <br /> the noise generation of the new units (noise level of generator not to exceed <br /> ambient noise levels). <br /> 4) No portion of the generator shall be visible from the public right-of-way. <br /> <br /> REGULAR: <br /> <br /> 1. 325 Oracle Parkway (Rios Associates for Oracle): <br /> APPROVED WITH CONDI'I~ON$: <br /> 1) Adhere to revised submittal and per recommendations of the Redwood Shores <br /> Design Review Board. <br /> 2) Landscape plan to be reviewed by City landscape architect. <br /> <br /> 2.
