Public_lnpu..t. on use of $35,000 from election savings Brief by B. Pierce
topic 1~''-~''-~'~ ~:~ recommended by coat
traffic - road RWS Christa Shaffer

Idea I have been so displeased with the way Marine World Parkway has been reconfigured recently to
make life easier for employees of RWShores during only the am commute, but leaving RWS
residents who use this road 24/7 with one less lane. This seems like such a waste, a huge
inconvenience and traffic jam in the p.m. for RWS residents who are the majority of people
populating the roads. Return RWSP to its former state.

traffic - Valota rd. Linda Green

Idea Valota road - street looks awful, dangerous to cross because people park cars on lawn so they
won't get hit. Neighbors have cars destroyed and lost mirrors, and are concerned about children's
safety. Widening Valota would help people who travel Valota and allow people to park on street.
The city says it would cost too much to widen Valota's 3 blocks. Valota is heavily used but ignored
while other streets & downtown are improved.

transportation - bike lanes Darcy anderson 35000

Idea 1/2 towards researching redwood city bike lanes.

transportation - youth Beth Ross ?

Idea Act on youth transportation issues identified by youth mapping project @ Kennedy Middle School.
