They are paid by the hour and <br />only paid when there is work. <br /> <br />Coordinator <br /> <br />The coordinator schedules the jobs for the <br />installers and prepares billing <br /> <br />B. Fringe Benefits <br /> <br />$250 <br /> <br />Coordinator and installers receive health <br />benefits as well as Workmen's Compensation. <br /> <br />C. Office <br /> <br />Each contract pays for a portion of these <br />expenses <br /> <br />D. Marketing/Outreach <br /> <br />This will be done through other grants. This <br />will be an in kind expense. <br /> <br />E. Fiscal Management <br /> <br />$150 <br /> <br />This is this grant's share of the expense <br /> <br />F. Operations <br /> <br />In kind <br /> <br />G. Other <br /> <br />$3,000 <br /> <br />This includes lumber for ramps, grab bars and <br />other materials. <br />
