<br />OR~~INAL <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.1 TO AGREEMENT <br />Midpeninsula Citizens for Fair Housing <br />Fair Housing Services <br /> <br />This Amendment No.1 made and entered into this ~ay of <br />, 2006, with Eden Council for Hope and Opportunity (ECHO), <br />h r "nafter rred to as "the Contractor", amending the agreement dated September <br />1, 005, (the "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and <br />municipal corporation ("City"), and Midpeninsula Citizens for Fair Housing, (MCFH) for <br />fair housing services. <br /> <br /> <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, on September 1, 2005, the City entered into agreement with MCFH <br />for fair housing services in return for Community Development Block Grant funds;and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, MCFH merged with ECHO on September 13, 2005, and ECHO is <br />the surviving corporate entity. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, City and Contractor agree as follows: <br /> <br />1.
