<br />(ii) Contractor will not discriminate against any person applying for <br />positions related to this Agreement on the basis of religion and will <br /> <br />not limit such positions or give preference to persons on the basis of <br />religion; <br /> <br />(Hi) Contractor will provide no religious instruction or counseling, conduct <br />no religious worship or services, engage in no religious proselytizing, <br /> <br />and exert no other religious influence in the provision of the Program. <br />(iv) The portion of a facility used to provide the Program will contain no <br /> <br />religious symbols or decorations. <br />UNIFORM ADMINISTRATION REQUIREMENTS. Contractor will <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />comply with the requirements and standards of the Community Development <br />Block Grant Regulations, OMB Circular A-122 Cost Principles for Non-Profit <br /> <br />Organizations, OMB Circular A-110 attachments A, B, C, F, H, N, and 0, and <br />all other federal, state, and local laws, regulations and requirements, as <br /> <br />applicable. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />LEAD-BASED PAINT. <br /> <br />The use of lead-based paint is prohibited. <br /> <br />In the event lead-based paint is found on residential property, appropriate <br />abatement procedures may be required by City. <br /> <br />21. GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. Contractor will keep fully <br />informed of federal, state and local laws and ordinances and regulations which in <br /> <br />any manner affect those employed by Contractor, or in any way affect the <br />performance of the Program by Contractor. Contractor will at all times observe <br /> <br />and comply with these laws, ordinances, and regulations and will be responsible <br />for the compliance of Contractor's services with all applicable laws, ordinances <br /> <br />and regulations. <br /> <br />22.
