<br />CDBG PROGRAM BUDGET NARRATIVE <br /> <br />Construction costs for the various modifications to the upstairs bathroom, including additional corrective <br />work determined upon discovery of extent of water damage into downstairs bathroom ceiling. <br /> <br />Building permits to carry out the various modifications. <br /> <br />Since building is over 40 years old, possibility of hazardous material exists. Testing will be carried out <br />prior to reconstruction. Additional costs of appropriate removal may be necessary.
