Perform Detailed Review <br />VERIFICATION OF COMPLETENESS OF COMPENSATION ADJUSTMENT <br />APPLICATION <br />A. Overview <br />The SBWMA Consultant shall ensure that the Application has been prepared and that the <br />data is provided in a manner consistent with the previously discussed methodology. The <br />SBWMA Consultant shall request, in writing, from the Contractor, any missing <br />information necessary to complete the Application. The SBWMA Consultant shall <br />participate in meetings with the SBWMA and/ or the Contra~tor to discuss the <br />Applications. <br />B. Compliance Review <br />The SBWMA Consultant should review the Application to determine if it is complete and <br />ready for analysis. The sBWMA Consultant shall determine: <br />.:. Whether the Contractor included all required forms and financial statements. <br />.:. Whether all forms are complete. <br />.:. Whether all calculations are mathematically correct. <br />C. Verify Operations <br />The SBWMA Consultant shall perform an on-site review of Contractor's operations to <br />verify vehicle types, numbers of personnel, and operations, and compare and contrast <br />planned and current operations to Contractor's prior year operations. <br />D. Verify Supporting Documents and Schedules <br />Various documents will be included in the Application to support the compensation <br />adjustment. The purpose of each supporting document shall be clearly identified by the <br />Contractor and any missing support identified by the consultant will be requested from the <br />Contractor. <br />SBWMA Compensation Adjustment Guidelines June 6, 2000 <br /> PAGE 19 <br />
