IREPORT To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br /> From the City Manager <br /> <br />July 1,2002 <br /> <br />Subject <br />Acceptance of Grant Deed of Davit Lane Parcel (Lot C-101 @ Redwood Shores) <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Accept by motion, the Grant Deed for fee title of Davit Lane Parcel (Lot C-101 @ <br />Redwood Shores), and, direct the City Clerk to accept on behalf of the City, said Grant <br />Deed pursuant to Resolution No. 10944, adopted December 5, 1988, and to record a <br />certified copy of this Resolution and Minute Order in the Office of the San Mateo <br />County Recorder. <br /> <br />Background <br />As part of the GID 1-64 Development Agreement Temporary Extension, approved by <br />City Council on June 10, 2002, Redwood Shores Properties is granting Fee Title of <br />property known as "Davit Lane Parcel", depicted on the attached map, and described <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Parcel "A", as shown on that certain map entitled "PARCEL MAP NO. 77- <br /> 17 LOTS 65, AND LOT 66 OF BLOCK "B" MARLIN SUBDIVISION NO. 1, <br /> AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 69, PAGES 43 THROUGH 47 OF <br /> OFFICIAL RECORDS, REDWOOD CITY, SAN MATEO COUNTY, <br /> CALIFORNIA", filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo <br /> County, State of California, on February 6, 1978 in Volume 41 of Maps at <br /> page(s) 6 ant <br /> <br />This is a landscaped strip of land between Davit Lane and the interior lagoon that is <br />privately owned and maintained.
