AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> FINANCIAL, INFORMATION AND <br /> COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY SERVICES <br /> (SOUTH BAYSIDE SYSTEM AUTHORITY) <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this __ day of July, 2002, by and <br /> between the SOUTH BAYSIDE SYSTEM AUTHORITY ("Authority"), a public entity duly <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, and the CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> ("City"). <br /> <br /> WlTNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Authority requires certain professional financial, information and <br /> computer technology services relating to Authority's financial and computerized <br /> operations, respectively; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City represents that it is qualified to furnish such services in <br />accordance with the terms and conditions hereof; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CITY'S SERVICES. City shall furnish those financial, information and <br />computer technology services set forth in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference. Services performed by City's Director of Finance hereunder shall <br />include services as Authority's Controller pursuant to the joint exercise of powers <br />agreement establishing Authority. <br /> <br /> 2. COMPENSATION. <br /> <br /> (a) Financial Services. Authority shall pay City Fifty-Eight Thousand <br /> <br /> Six Hundred Seventy Dollars ($58,670) for the financial services described in <br /> <br />F:Atty/Agr/Agr.047 1 <br />061402 <br /> <br /> <br />
