RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTON OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AMENDING <br /> THE JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT FOR THE <br /> SOUTH BAYSlDE WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement (JPA) for the South <br /> Bayside Waste Management Authority (SBWMA) was entered into on December 9, <br /> 1999; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the SBWMA recommends jurisdictions amend the JPA to change <br /> the definition of "Fiscal Year"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the SBWMA recommends the definition of "Fiscal Year" be changed <br />from "the period commencing on each October 1 and ending on the following <br />September 30" to "the period commencing each July 1 and ending on the following June <br />30." <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD ClTY~ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
