<br />does not have any surface rights on this area. A portion 32': 59 x
<br />33':19 be1o~s to Green Bros md ~fuer area 1, x 30 be1o~s to Tom
<br />Davis. Both of the se people pay taxes on the portion of land they own
<br />the balance of the property belongs to the City and County of San.
<br />Francisco . and they should weed the area. . Superintnedent'ofParks
<br />Pa'sco Balzarini stated that he would cooperate in any way p,ossible wi th
<br />the people in the area to prepare the area.

<br />Commissioner Hanley reported o'n Yacht Harbor. The Ci tzen' s Committee
<br />met on August 22nd. They discussed the Oi tyEngineers drawing up p!an
<br />for hoist and dock and will report back on cost. for same. Other matters
<br />brought up were parking facilities, comfort station and fire escapè on
<br />building. Alfred Morton checking into these matters. .
