<br />The r~gular meeting of the Park and Recreation Commission was called
<br />to order' by Chairman Alyn Beals at 8:00 p.m. in the City Manager's
<br />Office, City Hall. '

<br />On roll call the following were present Chairman Alyn Beals and.Com-
<br />missioners.; Maurice', Schutz,WilJ.iam Hanley, Catherine Brennan, Irving
<br />Gold, Louise Tornell and James. Knecht. Also, present yere staff
<br />members Red Morton, Recreation Director, and Pasco Balzarini, Park

<br />Motion Mas made by Comm.lssione'r Go'ld and seconded by Commissioner
<br />Brennan that the minutes of February 4 be approved as mailed. Com-
<br />m1ssioMr Knecht read a letter fr~ City Mana~r Neal which made ref-
<br />erence to the mamorandums received from the Park and Recreation,
<br />Commission. ' He stated in his letter that the change in rate.s tor the
<br />,Yacht Harbor, bids for the c~oncession at 'Hawes Park and. commendations
<br />to the Park and Recreation Departments would be brought be1ore the'
<br />a1 ty Coun,cil.

<br />Yacht Harbor - Hanley. The new berths have been in operation since
<br />March 1. The water and electricity are being installed. Mr. Hanley
<br />expressed"~pat he was very plaased with the new wooden gate and
