<br />Under new business Pasco Balzarini discussed with the Co~ssion what
<br />he had requested in his 1959-60 budget. With discussion on all the
<br />items the Commission a'pproved, his recommendations.

<br />Commissioner Knecht made a .motion that a l~tter be written to the City'
<br />M~nager recommending that the parkway- at ~Bechet .Field be -graded and,
<br />oiled. The ~motlon was seconde-d by Commissioner TorBell.

<br />Bob McCook, 805 Mohican Way, and Óharles Moerk, 3074 Hastings, Redwood
<br />City were'present to request the use of the ,Sequoia Yacht Club for the,
<br />Kamaa,ina Club'. They'a re planning a barbecue party. -qommissioner Hanley
<br />recommended that they get permission from the Co-Ord Council at the
<br />Yacht Harbor and Red Morton. -

<br />Motion was made by Commi-ssioner Beals that the Commission was- in f-avor
<br />of the request subject to the approval by the Co-Ord Council's approv-
<br />al of the date.

<br />C. Trif'elletti, 3711 Beandy .Roc-k Way 'Roger Edler, 37~O,Farm Hill,
<br />Blvd. and GeM Mielke, 3709 Br~~ Rock w~ were present to imroduce
<br />a plan for a playground area in Stulsaft Park. Mr. Trifelletti offer-
<br />ed the donation of putti ng in the road and suppl-ying the p1.pe. The se, "
<br />men are very much interested in: developing a s'oftball field and a ' '.
<br />small playground area. They would approeciate the Commission goi~g'
<br />out and looking the area over. Also, Mr. Edler spoke for Herb Frahm's
<br />office and offered free mapping and surveying of the area _if the Com-
<br />mission should consider favoring the development.
