ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />This agenda item affords members of the public the opportunity to directly address <br />the City Council on any subject relating to the City Council which is not on the <br />agenda or any item within the Consent Calendar. If the subject you wish to address <br />is not on the aqenda. please understand that the Brown Act (Open Meetinq Law) <br />precludes the Council from takinq any action at this time. All items within the Consent <br />Calendar are considered to be routine and the City Council will waive the reading of <br />the Consent Calendar (except the title of any ordinances) and adopt all resolutions <br />and ordinances, and approve other items by one motion and one vote.
