This will be <br />measured through our clients' progression in the program, <br />and making sure there is appropriate funding to keep AB <br />ro ram runnin in a manner to su ort the clients. <br />This will be measured by charting their individual set goals <br />in functional living skills on a weekly basis. <br /> <br />All clients will meet 80% of their training <br />goals in functional living skills as set in <br />individual meetin s. <br />Provide each client at the Adult Beginnings <br />Program with three social and recreational <br />activities er week. <br />10% of clients will move to more <br />inde endent settin within the rant eriod <br /> <br />All clients attend three social and or recreational activities <br />that they are interested in per month <br /> <br />1 person moving placement of greater <br /> <br /># of Unduplicated RWC Residents/Households to be Assisted (Only programs serving individuals <br />may report individuals.
