<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />MILLS PENINSULA SENIOR FOCUS/RETIRED SENIOR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM (RSVP) <br />FISCAL YEAR 2005/2006 <br /> <br />CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br /> <br />Quantifiable Goals to be Provided With <br />Re uested Funds <br />RSVP will maintain a membership of 225 seniors, <br />who are residents in Redwood City. RSVP will <br />support all its members with volunteer insurance <br />and travel reimbursement. All RSVP members will <br />be invited to attend the annual Volunteer <br />Reco nition Event. <br />Redwood City agencies served by RSVP members <br />will be surveyed to determine the level of satisfaction <br />agency representatives have with RSVP's services <br />and member benefits. Ninety percent of those <br />surve ed will ive RSVP a ositive ratin . <br /> <br />Performance Indicators <br /> <br />The number of volunteers, time sheets, agency <br />reports and reimbursement requests <br /> <br />Survey Results <br /> <br /># of Unduplicated RWC Residents/Households to be Assisted (Only programs serving individuals <br />may report individuals.
