.S i i - �"',� <br /> shall vacate the same during the last three months of the Term, to decorate, <br /> remodel, repair, or alter the Premises. <br /> (c) To limit or prevent access to the Property, shut down <br /> elevator service, activate elevator emergency controls, or otherwise take such <br /> action or preventive measures deemed necessary by Landlord for the safety of <br /> tenants or other occupants of the Property or the protection of the Property and <br /> other property located thereon or therein, in case of fire, invasion, insurrection, <br /> riot, civil disorder, public excitement or other dangerous condition, or threat <br /> thereof. <br /> (d) To decorate and to make alterations, additions and <br /> improvements, structural or othervvise, in or to the Property or any part thereof, <br /> and any adjacent building, structure, parking facility, land, street or alley <br /> (including without limitation changes and reductions in corridors, lobbies, parking <br /> facilities and other public areas and the installation of kiosks, planters, <br /> sculptures, dispiays, escalators, mezzanines, and other structures, facilities, <br /> amenities and features therein, and changes for the purpose of connection with <br /> or entrance into or use of the Property in conjunction with any adjoining or <br /> adjacent building or buildings, now existing or hereafter constructed). In <br /> connection with such matters, or with any other repairs, maintenance, <br /> improvements or aiterations, in or about the Property, Landlord may erect <br /> scaffolding and other structures reasonably required, and during such operations <br /> may enter upon the Premises and take into and upon or through the Premises, <br /> all materials required to make such repairs, maintenance, alteration or <br /> improvements, and may close public entry ways, other public areas, restrooms, <br /> stairways or corridors.
