<br />~ 4¿¡-d <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF SEWER <br />CONNECTION PERMIT TO 1254 EDGEWOOD ROAD (APN 058-030- <br />120) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo Environmental Health Office has <br /> <br />determined that the existing septic sewer system servicing the real property located at <br /> <br />1254 Edgewood Road (APN 058-030-120) is not functioning properly and poses a <br /> <br />threat to public health and safety; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above-described real property is within the unincorporated area <br /> <br />of San Mateo County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo has no sewer system servicing this area; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property owners of the above-described property have <br /> <br />requested connection to the City's sewer line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 27.53 Inter-Area Connections of the Municipal Code allows <br /> <br />for such sewer connections with the consent of the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 27.101 Wastewater Treatment Capacity Fee; requires fees <br /> <br />to be paid by the property owner. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />City Manager or his designee is authorized to issue a sewer connection <br /> <br />permit(s) for the premises located at 1254 Edgewood Road (APN 058-030- <br /> <br />Atty/Reso/Reso .1254 <br />082905 <br />sllibrarylresolutionslsewer connection permitsl1254 Edgewood Road <br />
