Approve Amendment No.2 to Agreement for Streetscape Design Services <br />with Freedman, Tung & Bottomley (FTB) for consulting services to prepare <br />design development and construction documents for downtown streetscape <br />improvements in the amount of $202,382 and authorize the City Manager and <br />the Redevelopment Agency Executive Director to execute same. <br /> <br />2. Authorize the appropriation of $202,382 for Amendment No.2 to Freedman, <br />Tung & Bottomley (FTB) streetscape agreement from the Redevelopment <br />Agency budget. These funds are available as part of the $35M Downtown <br />Funding Plan contingency. <br /> <br />5.2 Section - Final Acceptance <br /> <br />A.
