Code §54956.8] <br /> Conference with Real Property Negotiators <br /> <br /> Property: APN 046 081 130, Redwood City <br /> Agency Negotiator: Brian Ponty, Finance Director <br /> Negotiating Party: Max Keech <br /> Under Negotiation: Price and terms of payment <br /> <br />A closed session will be held on February 11,2002, for the purpose of giving instructions to your <br />negotiator regarding the price and terms of payment for the pumhase, sale, exchange or lease <br />of real property. [Gov't. Code §54957.8] <br /> <br />If the City Council's renders the agreement final, they shall report that approval and the <br />substance of the agreement in open session at the public meeting during which the closed <br />session is held. [Gov't Code §54957. I(A)] <br /> <br />If final approval rests with the other party to the negotiations, the City shall disclose the fact of <br />that approval and the substance of the agreement upon inquiry by any person, as soon as the <br />other party or its agent has informed the City of its approval.
