NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the above-described portion of a 20 foot wide underground <br />public utility easement has not been used for the purpose for which it was <br />dedicated or acquired for five consecutive years immediately preceding the <br />proposed vacation and is unnecessary for present or prospective public <br />purposes. <br /> <br /> 2. That the easement located at 3636 & 3642 Haven Avenue (Lot No. <br />1, Parcel Map 2001-3) in the City of Redwood City and described in this <br />resolution is hereby ordered vacated, and that from and after the recordation <br />date of this resolution, the public service easement will no longer constitute a <br />public service easement. <br /> <br /> 3.
