Mr. Balzarini will have more to report at <br />July meeting. Whipple Avenue tree planting to be carried over to <br />July meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Morton reported that the Friendly Acres project was to be pre- <br />sented to the City Council next MOnday night for their approval. <br /> <br />Progress report wa~ given by Mr. Morton on obtaining a consultant <br />for the Park and Recreation Master Plan. To be carried over to <br />July meeting. <br /> <br />Approval of Rules and Regulations governing Park and Recreation <br />Commission carried over to the July meeting. <br /> <br />A progress report on the installation of playground equipment at <br />Stafford Park was given by Mr. Balzarini. <br /> <br />Comments from Park and Recreation Commissioners, and other inter- <br />ested parties: <br /> <br />Commissioner Sipes reported on proposed plans for the 4th of <br />,July weekend in Redwood City. <br />Commissioner Beals reported the commission now has a permanent <br />file located in the Park Department office. <br />Mr. Balzarini reported that the house at 911 Valota Road is <br />for sale. This house is surrounded by park property.
