Mr. Beals re- ported that this request would be submitted to the City Council for approval at its September 13th meeting. #3 - VETERANS BOULEVARD BEAUTIFICATION - report by Pasco Balzarini: Mr. Balzarini stated that he had not heard from the City Manager on.this project. Mr. Mee offer- ed to check on item. #4 - FRIENDLY ACRES PROJECT - Report by Alfred Morton: Mr. Morton said that the swimmdng pool project had been approved by the City Council, the District Att- orney's office and the City Attorney's office; that Mr. Les Irwin had been approved as architect; and the proposed project would go to the School Board for approval at its September meeting. 15 - CONSIDERATION OF A CONSULTANT FOR PREPARATION OF A MASTER PLAN FOR R.C.
