Mr. Beals re- <br />ported that this request would be submitted to the City <br />Council for approval at its September 13th meeting. <br /> <br />#3 - VETERANS BOULEVARD BEAUTIFICATION - report by Pasco <br />Balzarini: Mr. Balzarini stated that he had not heard <br />from the City Manager on.this project. Mr. Mee offer- <br />ed to check on item. <br /> <br />#4 - FRIENDLY ACRES PROJECT - Report by Alfred Morton: <br /> <br />Mr. Morton said that the swimmdng pool project had <br />been approved by the City Council, the District Att- <br />orney's office and the City Attorney's office; that <br />Mr. Les Irwin had been approved as architect; and <br />the proposed project would go to the School Board <br />for approval at its September meeting. <br /> <br />15 - CONSIDERATION OF A CONSULTANT FOR PREPARATION OF A <br />MASTER PLAN FOR R.C. PARK AND RECREATION FACILITIES <br />AND FUTURE LAND ACQUISITION: <br /> <br />Mr. Morton said he had received <br />Wynans concerning such a survey <br />each Commissioner with a copy. <br />moved that the matter be tabled <br />meeting.
