',- <br /> <br /> <br />- . <br /> <br />MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING REPORT by Jack Stuart: Commissioner <br />Stuart advised that plans had been received by the, City <br /> <br />, ' . , <br /> <br />Manager1s office, approved by the City Council and that <br />bids would be received in about thr.ee weeks: that p~ans <br />and specifications, excepting those for mechanical work- <br />ing-drawings, ,had been approved by the~Commissionts Sub- <br />Committee for the project: that Sub-Committee had ~orked <br />diligently on the plans and had considered everyt~ing <br />possible to make the project. a-complete and functional <br />one.
