<br />Commissioner Gooding announced her committee as having been:, Jas-
<br />per Sipes, Doris Thompson, Alfred Morton, ,Sally Hartman, ail! Paul-
<br />son and herself, as chairman; that several meetings were held on
<br />the matter1 that rules and regulations for comparison had been se-
<br />~cured from other cities (Mr. Morton-noted that all cities-in both
<br />San Mateo County and Santa Clara County had cooperated) as_well
<br />as from our own Veterans' Memorial Building. Mrs. Gooding read
<br />the co~tteerecommendations for the rules, and regulations and
<br />fees for-the new multi-purpose building and revisions were made.

<br />On MOTION of Commissioner Gooding, seconded by Commissioner Knecht,
<br />the Commission voted to recommend adoption of the rules and regu-
<br />lations, as revised, for use of the recreation facilities subject
<br />to additions or changes which might be required at a later date
<br />for its use after determination by the Park and Recreation Comm-
<br />ission. Passed.
