On MOTION of Commissioner Sturat, seconded by Commissioner Arnett, it was voted to recommend to the City Manager-that Mr. Balzarini be immediately instructed to purchase a used IISuper- Securll restroom facility from the City of San Mateo at a quoted price of $500 and see that it is installed in Stu1saft Park.
