ABSENT and exc"sed (i'llness) ¡Jim <br />Knecht. <br /> <br />Also present: Director of Re"crea tion Alfred Morton i Supt. of <br />Parks, Pasco Balzarini7 Recreation supervisors - Bill Paulson and <br />Bill Wooten: Mrs.- Walter Mears¡ Mrs. Althea Knight, stenographer <br />and City Manager Howard Ullrich (7:50). <br /> <br />MINUTES of the meeting of January 3, 1968, were approved as mailed. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE: Secretary Thompson, for the record, acknowledged <br />receipt of the following communications: <br />1 - Capìtal Outlay Expenditures for Park & Recreation Department, <br />. as revised, for February 7, 1968" meeting: <br />2 - Monthly report- January - from,Park Dept. dated 1-31-68; <br />3 - Monthly report -'January - R.C.
