Park and Recreation Soc- iety Conference was scheduled for March 1-6, 1968, in ,San Diego, and that the budget provided sufficient funds for three commiss- ioners ,to attend ($175 ,each). Commissioner Arnett, moved that Commissioners Whitmore, Thompson and Williams attend the meeting as delegates. Seconded by Comm- issioner Stuart.
