Mr. Morton <br />said that response at Community Pool had been very good but paid admiss- <br />ions were down; that response at Hoover pool had not been as good because <br />of wind factor; that Hoover has an average of 200 per day paid admissions <br />but no records have been kept on free swims; that due to broken hot water <br />line to showers at Hoover, only cold water available (second time hot <br />water line has broken); and that pool at Hoover is open Sundays frolll p.m. <br />to dusk. A IIItI. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Ullrich told commission that "first Piece" owners are asking $130,000 <br />as opposed to city appraisal of $ 7 8 ,000 and until such time as owners <br />secure an appraisal by a competent appraiser the project seems stalemated; <br />"second pieceft -possibility of acquisition questionable; "lower section" <br />-eventually will be possible to acquire.
