<br />COMPENSATION <br /> <br />ANALYSIS & COMPLIANCE REVIEW SERVICE (Compliance Service): <br /> <br />MMC will provide the Compliance Service for a fixed fee of five hundred dollars ($500) per <br />lodging provider. Under the Agreement, MMC will provide the Compliance Service for 18 <br />lodging providers. This fee applies to all lodging properties located in the City limits, including <br />lodging properties located via discovery. The Fixed Fee will be invoiced upon delivery of the <br />Compliance Review Report and will be payable in accordance with the Agreement. <br /> <br />ANTICIPATED COSTS OF LODGING PROVIDER AUDIT SERVICE (Audit Service) <br /> <br />Should CITY enter into an Amendment, separate from this Addendum, for MMC to provide the <br />Audit Service for the City, MMC would provide the Audit Service for a fee of five hundred dollars <br />($500) per lodging provider reviewed. The fee for the Audit Service is invoiced immediately <br />upon delivery of the Audit Report and payable in accordance with the Agreement. <br /> <br />Audit Services require that a minimum of three (3) lodging providers be selected per audit <br />engagement in accordance with this Agreement. If City desired that less than three (3) <br />lodging providers per audit engagement be subject to Audit Service, an additional expense <br />of two-hundred and fifty dollars ($250) per day shall apply <br /> <br />The fee for the Audit Service would be $600 per lodging provider reviewed if the City <br />elected to add MMC's Audit Service more than ninety (90) days after the completion of <br />MMC's Analysis and Compliance Service. <br /> <br />COROLLARY CONSULTING <br /> <br />MMC will provide the CITY with additional consulting services not agreed to in the <br />Agreement upon mutual written agreement between MMC and the CITY as to the scope of <br />consulting services to be provided. These additional consulting services are referred to as <br />"Corollary Consulting." Consulting services otherwise included in this Addendum will not be <br />subject to MMC's fees for Corollary Consulting. <br /> <br />For any agreed scope of services to be performed by MMC for CITY as Corollary <br />Consulting as provided for herein, CITY will compensate MMC on a Time and Materials <br />basis. MMC's standard hourly rates are as follows: <br /> <br />Principal - $175/hour <br />Director - $150/hour <br />Manager - $125/hour <br />Senior Analyst - $100/hour <br />Analyst - $75/hour <br />Administrative Support - $50/hour <br /> <br />EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT <br /> <br />All reimbursable expenses shall receive prior written approval from the CITY and shall be <br />reimbursed by CITY at cost to MMC. <br /> <br />MMC TOT Program Addendum <br /> <br />Page 3 <br />
