<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />PARCA (Peninsula Association for Retarded Children and Adults) <br />FISCAL YEAR 1998/99 <br /> <br />CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Have at least 2 participants in Project REACH who lives in Redwood City attend the before and <br />after school child care program during the school year, 5 days per week. <br /> <br />Have at least 2 participants in Project REACH attend the summer recreational program and 2 field <br />trips per week, participate in arts & craft, science, and a multitude of other structured activities <br />designed to increase their individual skills and socialization. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Have at least 2 participants who reside in Redwood City learn socialization and recreational skills <br />that promote a healthy self esteem and creates independence. <br />
