0 R I , I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14033 <br />11/13/00 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES <br />(JOHN CAHALAN LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the preparation of <br />construction documents for median landscape improvements at the intersections <br />of Main /Maple, Maple /Middlefield and Broadway /Hopkins in the City of Redwood <br />City (the "Project'); and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />design services; and <br />WHEREAS, John Cahalan Landscape Architects of Burlingame, <br />California, represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to <br />perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement — Professional Design <br />Services" (form dated 10/24/00), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, and John Cahalan Landscape <br />Architects for the performance of the above- mentioned services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City <br />Reso -1023 t <br />FXS:djk <br />FJShared/Redwood/Coundl <br />10/24/00 <br />
