Turkey Trot <br /> Dear Mr. Valentine, <br /> The City Council on XXXX, has authorized me to issue this letter permitting the <br /> Pacific Athletic Club to conduct the "P.A.C. Turkey Trot" in the Redwood Shores <br /> area of Redwood City subject to and in accordance with the terms and <br /> conditions herein. (Resolution XXXX) <br /> The permission herein is granted to the Pacific Athletic Club (hereinafter, for <br /> convenience, called "Permittee"). This permit is subject to the following terms <br /> and conditions: <br /> 1. Name of Event. The "P.A.C. Turkey Trot" shall be sponsored and <br /> conducted by Permittee. <br /> 2. Revocation. This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by <br /> the City of Redwood City. <br /> 3. Non-transferability. This permit is nontransferable. <br /> 4. Location. The activities herein permitted shall be conducted <br /> in the Redwood Shores area of Redwood City. Refer to Exhibit "A" <br /> 5. Dates and Time. The "P.A.C. Turkey Trot" shall be conducted on <br /> November 22,1992. The hours of operation shall be from 8:00 a.m. to <br /> 10:30 a.m. <br />
